Comprehensive Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy
At Raw & Reconnected, we value transparency, mutual respect, personal responsibility, and clear communication. This Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy outlines expectations regarding appointments, coaching services, wellness sessions, workshops, programs, digital products, events, memberships, and payment obligations.
By booking, purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in services offered by Raw & Reconnected, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
General Policy
Raw & Reconnected invests time, preparation, energy, scheduling, administration, and resources into every service, session, and program offered. As a result, refunds are handled fairly, compassionately, and consistently while also protecting the sustainability of the business.
Payment Terms
Payment Requirements

Payment may be required in full prior to services, programs, workshops, or events unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment plans, where offered, must be completed according to agreed payment schedules.

Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be accepted through approved secure payment platforms and methods designated by Raw & Reconnected.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Individual Sessions
For coaching, wellness, consultation, or other private appointments:

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full session fee.
-
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.
-
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session to respect other scheduled appointments.
Emergency Circumstances
Raw & Reconnected understands that emergencies and unexpected life circumstances may occur.
Refunds, credits, or rescheduling accommodations may be considered at the sole discretion of Raw & Reconnected in situations involving:

Programs, Workshops & Group Offerings
Cancellation by Participant
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Cancellations made 14 or more days before the start date may qualify for a full or partial refund.

Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date may qualify for a partial credit or transfer.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are generally non-refundable.

Once a program, workshop, or group offering has started, refunds are generally not available.
Transfers
At the discretion of Raw & Reconnected, clients may be permitted to:

Transfer enrollment to another available date

Apply a credit toward future services

Transfer participation to another individual where appropriate
Digital Products & Downloadable Materials
Due to the nature of digital content:

All sales of digital products, downloadable resources, recordings, guides, templates, or online materials are final.

Refunds are not provided once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.
Exceptions may be considered in cases involving:

Duplicate purchases

Technical access issues that cannot reasonably be resolved
Memberships & Subscription Services
If Raw & Reconnected offers memberships, subscription-based services, or ongoing programs:

Memberships may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of a billing cycle unless required by law.

Failure to use services does not automatically qualify for refunds.

Refusal or Termination of Services
Raw & Reconnected reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where:

Participation is deemed inappropriate or unsafe

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Raw & Reconnected directly to resolve concerns before initiating chargebacks or disputes with financial institutions.
Fraudulent or unreasonable chargebacks may result in:
